1,5cl Simple syrup 
1,5cl freshly squeezed lime juice
11,5cl freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
Tajín 
XXL Grapefruit wedge

HOW TO MAKE

Combine all ingredients except garnish with ice into a shaker and stir. Then, strain into a highball glass with fresh ice, and garnish with a salted or Tajín dipped grapefruit wedge.
