5cl Illusionist Dry Gin
3,5cl freshly squeezed lime juice
2,5cl homemade kaffir lime syrup
Soda
Kaffir lime leaf

HOW TO MAKE
Shake all ingredients except soda and garnish with ice for ca. 15 seconds until chilled. Next, strain into a highball glass, top with soda, and garnish with a kaffir lime leaf.
