3,5cl freshly squeezed lime juiceÂ
2,5cl homemade kaffir lime syrupÂ
SodaÂ
Kaffir lime leaf

HOW TO MAKE
Shake all ingredients except soda and garnish with ice for ca. 15 seconds until chilled. Next, strain into a highball glass, top with soda, and garnish with a kaffir lime leaf.
