INGREDIENTS
6cl Illusionist Dry Gin
3,5cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2,5cl Simple syrup
1 Egg white
3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
SHAKE IT WELL FOR EXTRA FOAM
HOW TO MAKE
Combine above elements into shaker without ice, shake. Now add ice to shaker and hard shake. Double strain into coupette. Garnish with a lime or orange zest and a few drops of Angostura.
